2 mins work with 30 secs rest for each exercise with 4 rounds
weighted walking lunges
ring pullups (ok so I had to leap to the rings but I tried)
on-the-toes walking curls with presses
kb deck squats
Prowler Pushes…I secretly love the prowler;)
