Great weekend of (work), visits out of town with some of my faves, great company, great training (always :D) and some great sports with UFC 156 and the Superbowl…umm yeah 😀 Not gonna lie, I am sick of these being late each month now because of my cuuurazy sched so I am leaving this workout tunage post no longer and will just come back and edit aka add in :p this week your health, fitness or just plain fab-o-go-get-it tip for the month.
