Staying On Top of Your Holistic Health with Virtual Interactive Sessions
It is with a heavy heart but one of optimism and hope that I post this. I will keep it short and sweet as I appreciate the value of your time and loads you are carrying, especially during this time. I cannot stress enough just how important staying on top of your physical health through virtual live social interactions, fitness, quality sleep, and nutritious foods, is especially during these trying times.
As I have mentioned to some of you already, we can absolutely accommodate shorter and “faster-paced” sessions at this time to fit your schedules while pivoting on some areas of your goals and plans to still improve macro-level health. It doesn’t matter what space you have, equipment, or videoconferencing method you are most comfortable with, I can work with you on any of this.
As a few of you have already experienced, it’s important to have an open mind in this part of your lifelong journey of health and well-being. We may use modalities that might seem “odd”, or tools being used might have a previous label or association as just being a bag of groceries, a box filled with books, or a broom. When we change labels and perceptions, we change barriers into challenges we can overcome, and obstacles into possibilities for learning and improvement.
Please continue to text (if you are a current client) or email me (email@example.com or through the website’s contact page) your weekly options for availability morning, afternoon, or evenings. I have tried online booking in the past and it was more of a headache for most and at this time, it seems the system is working so why mess with it, for now? Payments are done through e-transfer or PayPal and you do not need to set-up a new account. These are also the two most secure methods of payment online.
If we have been doing 1-hour sessions, we can keep those or break those into two 30 minute sessions, whatever you can do will matter now and in the outcomes when this pandemic is over. If you are a new client, the process has been synopsized for you with a more concise assessment and form-signing. These sessions are currently meant to be more to help with supports than teaching you some why’s and “taking things slower” at this time as but of course, that is not off the table. These are about you and what you need most right now.
These are “real-people sessions”. I encourage you to be you, be authentic, be vulnerable. No glamourous studio lighting. No fancy and pre-rehearsed spaces and people of falsified “perfection”. This is REAL time, the way it should be.
Set yourself up for success and keep your health at the TOP of ANY list, EVER! I am here for you, we are in this together.
