I still have a lot to learn but wow I literally just dove right in! I never would have taken the leap if I didn’t have the amazing support and encouragement of the beautiful IFBB Pro Stephanie Worsfold. I don’t even think that she realizes what she did for me. I still remember almost turning around and running right before they called my name at my first show. Here is a list of my first season shows:
