#MPOWERment Workout Playlist 64
Hello to a new year and a chance for new opportunities! I would absolutely LOVE to know what some of your goals are for the upcoming year if you care to share in the comments section.
On that note, remember to break the year into SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) while further setting yourself up for success by including Small relating to the S portion of the acronym. ‘Go big or go home’ is far too often fail, please don’t do that to yourself.
Think sustainability and longevity first – A battle to be won with mini bursts peppered throughout your war. The one measly dollar saved each week that adds to your dream home. the bodyweight squat that turns to your 1st place powerlifting medal. Your first date that turned into a happy marriage. The 20 minute walk each evening that led to you completing a marathon. The daily pastries you switched for a Greek protein and fruit parfait helped you fit back into your favourite outfit that was collecting dust. The wall push-up that turned into maintaining independence in your later years and helped you get up from the floor after playing with your grandkids on their blankie.
You get my point I hope 😉
Whatever you choose to do don’t overthink it just start and DO! There is no ‘perfect’, things are often not linear, and that is okay. There is only learn, do, check if the outcome is working for you towards your goal, (if not, analyze why), repeat with a different variable and keep the process going. Hopefully, this #MPOWERment workout playlist will help you get your butt moving towards your 2019 goals.
