I was full of piss and vinegar this morning so here was my workout:
45 mins total
5 minute warmup on Precor incline 6 degrees with arm push/pull emphasis
20 minutes of 1:2 intervals between sprints/stepmill and jump rope (I will become master of double unders if it kills me LOL)
20 minutes of QM Drills (alligator walk, gorillas, crab walk, cavemans, gallops etc) with barrel rolls and some other core work in between
p.s. if we are descendants of apes, why oh why are QM drills so tough? LOL
