Before sharing some of my favourite plant-BASED restaurants and cookbooks, I will start with stating what plant-BASED is and is not.

Plant-BASED isn’t some magical diet. Plant-BASED is a way of improving your chances for good health, performance, and looking and feeling better – whatever those last two  that mean to YOU.

Plant-BASED isn’t exclusion of all animal products, unless that is your preference or religion. Plant-BASED is a lifestyle of eating that revolves around eating more plant foods than anything else.

Plant-BASED isn’t a fad or trend. Plant-BASED is a way to help ensure you get the macro and micronutrients to support being the best version of you.
