>Ok so after the weekend I feel like I just had my ass kicked a bit LOL but am still going to do the WOD today, it just might take longer and look a bit pathetic ahahaha.
For time:

■10 Box Jumps (32add plates/24)no plates
■20 Burpees
■30 Hand-to-Hand Kettlebell Swings (red yellow or orange)
■40 Sit-ups
■50 Dead lifts 135/105 mod to 95
■40 Sit-ups
■30 Hand-to-Hand Kettlebell Swings
■20 Burpees
■10 Box Jumps

I had to wimp out on the weight b/c I was sore as hell but finished in 9:53.
