>Today’s workout:

10mins total body wakeup aka warmup lol

2 exercises each upper body muscle group 10-15 reps 4 rounds each including first warmup set. No rest between exercises.

-first full round is free weights
-second full round is cables

-finished with 12 minutes Tabata altn. with jump rope and Precor
