Here is a little workout I did today. It shouldn’t take you more that 30-40 mins depending on your current fitness level and will guaranteed make your body hurt and lungs bleed…f$%k yah! 😉

Warmup- Dynamic stretching

10 mins 1:1 interval reg sprints
30 secs high knees/30 secs heel kicks
60 secs triangle pushups
3 step stair sprint (up) single step quick feet down x 4
30 secs mountain climber/ 30 sec situps
Handstand pushups to failure
30 sec knee-ins/ 30 secs Russian twists
3 step stair sprint (up) single step quick feet down x 4

Cooldown – power walk to light walk
