Certified Health Professional ACSM EP-C, PN1, CISSN
AthleticTraynorServices is a concept by Melissa Traynor ACSM EP-C, PN1, CISSN that involves bringing you a blend of experiences and tools to help you #fitinfitness and healthy eating anytime, anywhere, no matter your body or perceived abilities. In order to perform in and out of the office, and in doing things you love for a long time, we must make good food, good vibes and movement of all kinds a part of the norm. This can be a challenge due to time, budget constraints, a lack of accountability or not having the right tools. The goal is always to help your level of #MPOWERment so you learn and apply how it is possible to live a holistically healthier life no matter the obstacles in your way. From your home or condo, an equipped studio or gym, to outdoor training and forms of online communications, the aim is to meet you where you are at in terms of your knowledge, skills and abilities with an emphasis towards busy parents and families looking to thrive, not just survive. There is always a way to fit in fitness all while having some fun, but yes, you've gotta earn it ;-) xox

Hello April! Spring is here, well here ‘ish’ in Toronto anyway as the weather has roused less of a ‘spring in your step’ and seems to have caused less motion and more emotion in people. Let’s turn that around regardless of what is happening out there and internalize a fire […]

Easter is coming and that often means colourful eggs and chocolates. My challenge to you is to find and add the new chocolate on the block to your Easter repertoire. Please comment and let me know what you find and where. Add this quest to a longer list you create […]

Whether your interest lies in fecal transplants, pre and probiotics, soluble and insoluble fibers or simply just an interest in feeling better overall, take this month’s awareness […]
I am very excited that you can train with me! I am back up and running on GymGo as well as, like always, working on some other things I am excited about, but am even more excited that GymGo’s relationship with Inspera Health is making it’s way over to us trainers […]
You are wasting your potential…or are you?!? Far too often people are quick to judge who someone should be and the standard they should hold themselves to. While for many this comes from a heartfelt space, I hate to break it to you, but this expectation you force upon others […]
