Here’s your fit tip for December: There is really no such a thing as breaking a habit there is only replacing one habit with another. The key is to find out what it is that you want to improve upon and what the limiting factor or barrier is that is holding you back and replace that negative with the positive of what you want to improve. If you have the excuse of being too tired to workout, simply replace the barrier (too tired and sitting on the couch) with simply just starting up moving, doing anything! Don’t THINK about it, just do it, literally ANYTHING just move, and before you know it you will have replaced that bad habit of sitting around with a newly formed habit of doing your workout and there will be a point where you can’t even miss it. Be patient and persistent as it often takes almost a month for a new habit to replace the old one but stick it out, I promise it will be worth it 🙂
