What you will need:
1-2 scoops of chocolate flavoured whey or casein protein powder
1 1/2 cups organic oats (uncooked of course)
3/4 cup of egg white and 1 whole egg
1 tsp of ghee (just clarified butter)
1 tbsp coconut cream
1/2 cup of almond butter
1/2 cup almond or rice milk
Pinch of cinnamon and real vanilla
1/2 cup of http://www.sunspire.com/products/baking-chocolate/chocolate-chips suggesting the 45-65% cacao but they are not going to give you the sweetness you may want but are way better for you and higher in antioxidants so suck it up butter cup 😀 You may of course find and use a similar product.
Assuming most people won’t find this sweet enough so you may use some stevia to taste. Start with a couple drops at a time until you get YOUR desired taste but don’t overdo it as I have done in the past because what starts out sweet can quickly turn bitter lol.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and slowly pour and stir in wet ingredients. Once everything is thoroughly mixed, take small clumps and form the size cookies you want on a baking sheet (either put parchment paper down or use non-stick spray).
Bake at 350F for about 40 minutes or until fully cooked. Use a toothpick and poke the centre and if it comes up clean, cookies are done!
