I haven’t said anything on here in a while so I figure I will post my training for the night (not my actually “in the gym” stuff cause that is secret ;). We did about an hour and a half of standup, ground work and conditioning. My form from one style or discipline, is so different so we focused on stance and movement as well. We did some rear-naked chokes and seatbelts and of course your jabs,crosses, hooks etc. and kicks. No elbows or knees tonight 🙁 LOL. The conditioning portion is always fun and tonight was just feeding it to the bag….eeeeyyyyaaah!
