Today’s workout:

warmup with 2 mins of light jog

4 rounds of push ( bull sled) /pull (versa sled) work with planks in between

Than was the circuit of 6 reps to 11 reps ( did 20 mins of work starting from 6 and made it to 11)

-pullups/chins
-incline presses
-T-bar rows
-flat bench
-inverted rows
-dips
-box jumps
-bullsled treadmill
also did some thai pad kicks between sets
